- Shipping
After your purchase, you can expect your package within 2-7 business days Via USPS Priority Mail. All Domestic orders are charged a flat shipping rate of $7.00. If you have a special shipping request please email us at help@shopladama.com. You will receive a shipping confirmation number after your order has shipped.
A lot of our custom orders are made by the designer at the time of your order. Keep in mind that shipping applies to the delivery method after the item is completed. The approximate time for a custom item to be completed will always be in the item description.
8.00% tax on all orders being shipped to California
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
- International Orders
For all deliveries made outside the USA La Dama only ships USPS Priority Mail. International packages typically arrive in 6-10 business days, but occasionally items can have custom delays.
Once La Dama has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss or damages for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties, La Dama is not responsible for any fees charged by customs or any delays due to customs.

We respect your privacy and do not sell or distribute any customer information under any circumstances, This includes our mailing list as well as any email info or personal info you provide.
- Return Policy
We aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience, and it is really important that you love your purchase from La Dama. If you would like to return an item, please contact us at help@shopladama.com as soon as possible indicating the reason for the return.
Items must be returned within 14 days of shipping date. All items must be returned unworn, with all original tags attached, and in perfect condition. Upon inspecting the returned item, we will gladly credit your original method of payment within 3-5 days of receiving the item. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS OR CUSTOM ITEMS (this includes made to order items)

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
